Yishun EC Parcel A (new Yishun CDL EC) is approximately 17,940sqm in its land size while that of Parcel B (new Yishun JBE EC) is slightly bigger at approximately 18,260sqm.  Both land parcels' tenure are for a period of 99 years.

The winning bid for Parcel A by CDL is about S$330psf while that for Parcel B by JBE is a tad higher at $334psf.  Estimatedly, both new Yishun ECs may be launched at a median price of about $750psf.

One thing to note on these 2 new Yishun EC launches -- second timers must pay resale levies when they buy these ECs.  These 2 land parcels are amongst the pieces of EC land that were sold after 9 Dec 2013.  The URA stipulates that for any EC whose land is bought after this date, second timer buyers of the units must pay resale levies.  For a current 4-room HDB owner looking to upgrade to this Yishun new EC, the resale levy would be S$40,000.  For a 5-roomer and a EA/EM owner, we are looking at resale levies of S$45,000 and S$50,000 respectively.
